Allen Meadows - Burghound 93

A cool, airy and elegant nose speaks of even more floral elements that include acacia, lilac and rose petal along with hints of mineral reduction, lemon rind and soil nuances. There is equally good intensity to the sophisticated, stony and chiseled middle weight flavors that conclude in a super-saline and linear finish that is quite firm. This is akin to rolling rocks around in the mouth and a wine that will also require at least some patience.

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate 94

Unwinding in the glass with aromas of white flowers, waxy citrus rind, green pear, fresh mint and nutmeg, the 2018 Meursault 1er Cru Les Perrières is medium to full-bodied, chalky and introverted, with terrific tension and structuring dry extract in this warm vintage, concluding with a long and mineral finish.
