《Weingut St. Urbans-Hof》
酒莊由Weis家族連續好幾代經營，他們對自己所生活德國Mosel地區的傳統懷有深深的崇拜與熱愛。目前酒莊由第三代釀酒師Nik Weis經營，他於1997年開始接管了酒莊。酒莊大部分葡萄園都坐落於Mosel 和Saar山谷的陡峭的斜坡上，並且靠近山谷的河流。Mosel是世界上最北端的葡萄酒產區之一，其涼爽的氣候及邊緣光照使得葡萄藤不得不努力獲取陽光以生產出葡萄。然而，這種不利的環境卻恰恰使得生產出來的葡萄極具活力和爽脆的酸度，也正是這種氣候條件，成為生產Riesling葡萄的最佳條件。而Weingut St. Urbans-Hof酒莊所出產的Riesling葡萄酒完美地表現出酒莊的獨特風土條件，守護着這片德國最著名葡萄酒產區。
