The white 2022 Maruxa Godello is a village red from Éntoma on slate soils, varietal and clean, with notes of yellow fruit, hints of bay leaf and pollen, with good structure and freshness. They started in late August, which was a little early (they started even earlier in 2023). It was vinified in stainless steel from the direct pressing with indigenous yeasts and kept with lees for some three months. The project is still on its way up, making better wines every year. It has 13.3% alcohol and a pH of 3.15 and 6.2 grams of acidity—very healthy and balanced parameters of a balanced white. 40,000 bottles were produced. It was bottled in January 2023.
