Overseas Delivery

International Shipping
We currently ship to Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Korea, Japan, and Malaysia. Orders are dispatched via FedEx Priority service. The standard transit time is 2-5 working days. Please note that this estimate does not include the customs clearance process, which varies by country.

To prevent delays, customers are responsible for monitoring their email and promptly responding to any requests from FedEx or customs authorities.

 

Weather Considerations
Extreme hot or cold weather during transit can potentially damage wine. As FedEx does not offer temperature-controlled shipping for our service level, we strongly recommend delaying shipment if severe weather is forecasted for your region. You can request to hold your delivery until conditions improve, at no additional storage cost.
