Georges 係1943年創立酒莊，酒莊經歷過二戰，葡萄產區陷入艱難時期，特別係「Condrieu」，但Georges 並未因為依個嚴峻形勢被打敗，於1965年至1995擔任30年「Condrieu」種植協會會長與「Pierre Perret — Andre」・「Alfred Gerin —Jean Michel」・「Edmond Duclaux— Benjamin and David Father」一齊教導當地「Condrieu」葡萄園種植者恢復，無私奉獻分享經驗同建議比年輕一代，最後「Georges」被稱為「Condrieu 教皇」同「Mr. Viognier」 今時今日已經當人提到「Condrieu」就想起「Georges」，一個男人單槍匹馬拯救「Viogner」，退休後Georges 將焦點投射到下一代女兒「Christine」身上，由女兒接管後10年，將酒廠風格改變:「針對不同地塊耕作」，「嚴苛挑選木桶」，「細緻地榨取葡萄汁」， 「最少人工干預」‼️ 更到其他國家學習同交流技術，不單學習「Viognier」，更鑽研「Syrah」，表現非常出色，連爸爸「Georges」亦讚口不絕，認同當年變革係絕對正確 Christine 想打造強大葡萄酒，但並不是結構飽滿而係擁有強大深度與複雜度
