Although Domaine du Pegau has a history of over a hundred years, it truly gained recognition in the 1980s. In 1987, Laurence Feraud, the daughter of the owner of Domaine Feraud, completed her studies in viticulture and returned home to actively participate in the estate's operations. Subsequently, the estate was officially named Domaine du Pegau, and the quality of the wines underwent a remarkable transformation, making a significant impact. Domaine du Pegau gradually started shining on the global wine stage.

One of their most prestigious wines is the Châteauneuf-du-Pape Cuvee Da Capo, which is produced in limited quantities and is highly expensive. It is made from carefully selected, top-quality grapes. Another popular choice from Domaine du Pegau is the Cuvee Reservee, known for its smoothness and aromatic profile. It is a favorite among wine enthusiasts and was also featured as the "Third Apostle" in the manga "Drops of God." Additionally, Robert Parker has recognized Domaine du Pegau as one of his favorite estates in the Rhône region.
