Comtes Lafon

Comtes Lafon is a well-known and highly respected Burgundy producer that has garnered a loyal following among wine enthusiasts. The history of Comtes Lafon can be traced back to 1867 when Jules Lafon married into a prominent Meursault wine merchant family. This marked the beginning of the estate's illustrious journey as a producer of exceptional white wines. Under Jules Lafon's guidance, Comtes Lafon expanded beyond Meursault, acquiring vineyards in Monthelie, Volnay, Santenots-du-Milieu, and other notable terroirs. Additionally, they managed to secure coveted plots in Montrachet, further solidifying their reputation.
