"Hibiki" is one of the brands under the Suntory company, which established the first distillery in Japan in 1923. It includes the famous "Yamazaki" and "Hakushu" whiskies. The protagonist of this discussion, "Hibiki," is a blended whisky crafted from a selection of high-quality spirits, including malt and grain whiskies. The "Hibiki 21 Year Old" expression, in particular, was chosen as the "Best Blended Whisky" in a competition judged by whisky experts, making it Suntory's most prestigious whisky.

The long maturation of the component whiskies in Hibiki creates a harmonious and richly elegant profile. It exhibits a matured aroma akin to flowers and sweet dried fruits, along with spicy notes.
