Xige Estate

Xige Winery is located in the pigeon mountain small production area, on the eastern foothills of the Helan Mountains in Ningxia. It was founded by the owner Zhang Yanzhi in 2017. In its four years of existence, Xige Winery has received numerous high ratings from leading global wine critics and has won over 90 wine awards. Among them, the 2017 vintage of Xige received a score of 94 from the Robert Parker team, making it one of the highest-rated Chinese wines at that time. In 2020, over 95% of Xige's production received scores of 90 points or higher.

From its inception, Xige Winery has made it a mission to "craft a good wine that reflects the terroir of Ningxia." They continuously explore the relationship between terroir and wine, unlocking the potential of grape varieties and highlighting the unique characteristics of the region. By faithfully expressing the local terroir, the grapes are able to truly showcase their individuality and personality. Only through this approach can Xige produce wines that authentically represent the local terroir.
