明亮的金色。柔和中近乎花香，帶有低調而迷人的開場香氣，讓人聯想到半成熟的芒果/哈密瓜的味道。第二遍發現甜瓜的氣息在隱退中顯露出水餅乾和脆弱的植物香調：非典型。相當油膩和有質感，但以 Mortlach 的標準也相對線性。稻草和淡淡蜂蠟的味道，在最後階段用柔和的燉水果、白胡椒和遠處的木屑增添了香料的味道。辛辣、平衡，但以該釀酒廠的標準也很低調。未經冷凍過濾，顏色自然。
