Domaine Dujac is a world-renowned winery deeply rooted in the village of Morey-Saint-Denis, a pivotal appellation in Burgundy's Côte de Nuits. Founded in 1968, Dujac is intrinsically linked to this terroir, acting as its most prominent ambassador and showcasing its unique character. 

Dujac's wines from Morey-Saint-Denis are celebrated for their balance of structure and elegance—a style that captures the middle ground between Gevrey-Chambertin's power and Chambolle-Musigny's finesse. The domaine is famous for employing the traditional technique of whole-cluster fermentation, which imparts unique complexity, fine tannins, and signature aromas of spice, tea, and flowers. The Seysses family manages the vineyards organically and biodynamically, emphasizing a non-interventionist approach to winemaking. 

The estate holds significant plots in top vineyards, most notably as the second-largest owner in the Grand Cru Clos de la Roche, known for its power and depth. They also produce wine from the elegant Grand Cru Clos Saint-Denis and offer highly regarded village and Premier Cru bottlings, such as their lauded Morey-Saint-Denis 1er Cru. Through these exceptional wines, Dujac has elevated the reputation of the entire Morey-Saint-Denis appellation, proving its potential to produce world-class, age-worthy Pinot Noir.
