A blend of 67% Inzolia and 33% Sauvignon Blanc (a special Tasca clone is used), the 2020 Sicilia Nozze d’Oro is a historic wine that sees no oak but does see some brief lees aging. The Vigna Barbabietole was planted in 1972, and the Tramontanata parcel was planted in 1998. The wine shows soft aromas of orchard fruit, sweet lemon and cumin. Nozze d'Oro always has more oomph and texture compared to the standard Sicilian white wine. Production is 40,000 bottles.
