"Tete De Ponts" - biodynamic dry red wine from Pinot Noir grapes, which is grown in the company's own vineyards in the village of Messanges. The vines, whose average age is 50 years, are grown on clay-calcareous soils. The vineyards are cultivated with an emphasis on organic and biodynamic farming principles. Harvested by hand when the berries reach optimum ripeness. Vinification takes place with minimal interference with the natural process. "Tete De Ponts" - the only wine by Jan Durier, which is aged in new oak barrels. Ripening on the lees lasts 2 years. The wine is bottled without clarification, filtration and sulfur.
