Moon Cheese is originated from US and on shelf now! Why is it called Moon Cheese? Because the little cheese bites resemble pieces of the moon with little holes. Moon Cheese is 100% real cheese and this non-deep-fried healthy crunch contains high protein and calcium, but low carbs and no sugar added. It is keto friendly and gluten-free – A new generation healthy snack indeed!

 

Why Moon Cheese is so crunchy? The patented proprietary technology (REV) has the ability to draw a ton of moisture out of cheese and make it uber crunchy. It minimized the change of the food but still retained the cheese color, nutritional value and taste.   • Recommendation of wine🍷: Aromatic red wines are very suitable such Bordeaux blend, Malbec and Grenache. Also, you guys may try the red wine producing from Rioja, Spain.   • Recommendation of wine🍷: The 100 % Shiraz or Syrah is good for matching with this pepper Jacked cheese. This wine have obviously blackcurrant and pepper with barrel aging spices characters.
