Jiang Yu Winery, located in Penglai, Shandong, China, is a widely renowned star winery. The owner of the winery is Jiang Yu himself. After studying English in university, he returned to his hometown of Yantai in Shandong after working in a foreign-funded company in Shanghai and took up a position in a leading grape wine industry enterprise, specializing in import and export trade. It was through this work that Jiang Yu gradually developed a strong interest in wine. Even after resigning from his previous job in 2015, he chose to remain in the wine trade industry. Subsequently, he opened a wine retail store, ventured into catering, and established a Wine Bar and a wine-themed restaurant.

Throughout his entrepreneurial journey, Jiang Yu continuously strengthened his wine expertise through learning. After completing the WSET Level 4 in Viticulture and Winemaking units, he took action. In 2019, he began a small winemaking journey after being introduced to vineyards by friends. By 2021, "Jiang Yu Winery" was officially launched. In the 2022 Decanter World Wine Awards, the Chardonnay wine won a gold medal, achieving remarkable success within just two years. Despite facing numerous entrepreneurial setbacks, Jiang Yu persisted and finally realized his dream.

Today, Jiang Yu's wine is a well-known Chinese boutique wine, released only in good vintages. He meticulously handles all aspects of the work himself. Currently, the operation of "Jiang Yu Winery" has entered a positive track and is performing exceptionally well in top-tier cities like Beijing and Shanghai, especially in restaurants and Wine Bars.
