Today, let me introduce you to "Legacy Peak Estate" wines, produced in Ningxia, China. Established in 1997, this winery has gained recognition in the world of wine. Ningxia, often referred to as the "new frontier" of Chinese wine, is a region with excellent growing conditions and has become a rising star in the Chinese wine industry. In fact, in 2012, renowned wine critic Jancis Robinson was so impressed that she wrote an article titled "China's Most Promising Wine Region" in the Financial Times.

Legacy Peak Estate is located within the famous scenic area of the Western Xia Imperial Tombs in Ningxia, boasting some of the region's finest vineyards. The winery produces wines from their own vineyards, primarily cultivating Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. With vineyards over 20 years old, they are considered "old vines" in China and have become a symbol of excellence in the Helan Mountain East foothills region, gaining international recognition.

One of their standout wines is the 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, which received a Silver Medal at the 2015 Decanter World Wine Awards, further cementing its reputation. This wine exhibits intense blackcurrant, plum, licorice, vanilla, toasted almond, and oak aromas. It has a full-bodied palate with rich and refined tannins, making it an impressive and noteworthy wine that should not be overlooked.
