Boroli

The winery was founded in the 1990s by the Boroli family in 1997. Silvano and Elena Boroli jointly established the winery. Although the winery's winemaking history is relatively short, the family has been involved in various businesses, including grape cultivation, since 1831. In 2000, family member Achille, a gourmet and wine connoisseur, joined the family winery and delved into the complexities of the Barolo region, which is known for its challenging terroir.In 2012, Achille took over the winery and developed his own winemaking philosophy of uncompromising quality. He significantly reduced the production volume and dedicated himself to cultivating the healthiest and fullest grapes to craft exceptional wines that embody the essence of Barolo.
