【🍾香檳區最炙手可熱的新星🐶】

Romain Henin是新生代備受關注的小農香檳，畢業於Avize釀酒學校，並在名莊Henri Giraud工作數年培養經驗。2016年開始經營自己的葡萄園，並於2021年全面接手父親位於Aÿ的家族酒莊。

以自然派的耕種及釀造方式，打造屬於理想的香檳，其作品風格被視為「風土的孩子」，深受自然酒愛好者追捧。釀造過程堅持天然發酵，不添加二氧化硫（SO2），不添加任何化學添加物，且大多為Brut Nature風格。造就出香檳的氣泡細緻、果味純淨直接、並帶有強烈的礦物感與能量感。

Romain Henin的葡萄園由接手家族酒莊前的1.2公頃，擴展至7-8公頃，但年產量僅約10000瓶，酒款在國際市場上依然處於供不應求的狀態，可見Romain對品質的要求有多極致。
