Leflaive is a renowned and widely recognized brand in the world of Burgundy white wines, often referred to as the "number one estate" in Burgundy. Established in 1717, Joseph Leflaive, an excellent naval engineer, who had even designed and constructed France's first submarine, took over the estate. At the time, the vineyard covered only two hectares. However, Joseph Leflaive gradually acquired prestigious Grand Cru vineyards like Chevalier, Batard, and Bienvenues-Batard, as well as excellent Premier Cru vineyards such as Pucelles and Clavoillons. The estate now owns coveted and highly desired parcels of land, which contribute to the production of exquisite white wines.

Leflaive wines are known for their finesse, delicate floral aromas, rich fruit flavors, and full-bodied character. The three mentioned wines are particularly renowned for their refinement, intense floral and fruit aromas, and a fuller-bodied profile. They are highly sought after by wine enthusiasts.
