說起Louise Brison，首先這是一段家族故事，是技術知識和傳統。該莊園已在家族中傳承了4代。 1910年，Louise Brison種植了第一棵的葡萄樹，當時的釀酒業還不是很賺錢。由於她的堅持不懈，後代才能夠延續她的工作，並且莊園在1977年有了新的方向，弗朗西斯-布魯茲開始生產配餐香檳，並在當地享譽頗多。他的女兒Delphine BRULEZ繼承了家族傳統，在過去和未來之間架起了一座橋樑。

Aube省的風土條件是獨一無二的。葡萄園受到朗格爾高原的強烈影響（乾燥和寒冷），土壤由粘土石灰石基質構成。這裡的土壤似乎更接近Chablis，而不是Reims–你在這裡找不到白堊。 Delphine用她家15公頃的葡萄樹釀製香檳，其中70%種植了黑比諾，30%種植了夏多內。葡萄樹面向東南偏南，海拔高度在280公尺至320公尺之間。整個葡萄園自2012年以來一直採用有機耕作，並於2017年啟動認證。沒有使用任何化學物質或殺蟲劑。莊園首先尋求讓自然生物多樣性蓬勃發展。
