Masi

Masi winery is located in the town of Veneto, near Venice in northeastern Italy. It has been owned by the Boscaini family for over 200 years since the 18th century. The winery remains a family business to this day. Masi wines are crafted using the specialized Appassimento drying technique, which is a hallmark of the region. The grapes used in this method come from the historic Valpolicella Classico vineyards, including Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara. During the cold winter months, the grapes are laid out on bamboo racks to dry, intensifying their aromas and flavors.

In 2007, Masi winery received recognition from Wine & Spirits magazine as one of the top 100 international wineries of the year and ranked 8th on the list. This acknowledgment highlights the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of Masi wines.
