Segura Viudas

Segura Viudas has long been regarded as one of the top wineries in Spain and is a boutique winery under the Spanish CAVA group. Over the past fifty years, it has consistently won awards in major competitions and was even named "Winery of the Year" by Wine & Spirit. Such achievements are not mere luck but the result of Segura Viudas' meticulous dedication to CAVA winemaking craftsmanship and its respect and adherence to the natural terroir.

CAVA is produced using the traditional method of Champagne but originates from Spain, earning it the moniker of "the Champagne of Spain." In reality, Cava is mostly made from three indigenous Spanish grape varieties: Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada. Despite this, the fine bubbles and longevity of Cava still rival the high standards of Champagne.
