Two Moons Distillery 係一支屬於香港人「Gin」酒，與一般知名Gin 酒廠不同，酒廠坐落於繁華熱鬧鋼筋水泥叢林中心地帶，由兩名當地釀酒師Ivan 和小阮係2019年12月第二個星期建立位於柴灣酒廠，兩人就致力帶動本地「Gin酒」發展，為大家帶來小批量手工製作優雅和復雜Gin 酒，所有工序透過全人手製作，酒款非常吸引獨特，Two Moons 中加入十二種來自世界各地草本和香料，各種味道和香氣配合，做到三大特色：清新．甜香．微辛。沒有大鳴大放搶攻，只會在細味下令人温暖愉悦，清新細膩的柑橘及花香開始，豐盈潤滑口感，温和回甘，當中最推薦試下「Five Flower Tear 五花茶」系列。
