Two Moons Distillery is a Hong Kong-based gin brand that stands out from other well-known gin distilleries. Unlike traditional gin distilleries, Two Moons is located in the bustling center of the concrete jungle. It was established in December, during the second week of 2019, by two local distillers named Ivan and Siu Yuen. Their mission is to promote the development of local gin, offering small-batch, handcrafted, elegant, and complex gins. Every step of the production process is done by hand.

What sets Two Moons apart is their unique selection of twelve botanicals and spices sourced from around the world. These ingredients come together to create three distinct characteristics: freshness, sweetness, and a subtle hint of spiciness. Instead of making a bold and overpowering statement, Two Moons aims to provide a warm and enjoyable experience through subtle nuances. The gins feature a refreshing and delicate citrus and floral aroma, a rich and smooth mouthfeel, and a gentle lingering sweetness.
