✨年輕莊主Valentin Desloges在創立酒莊前，曾於Burgundy傳奇神殿Coche-Dury以及Meursault名家Paul Pillot磨練技藝。這段深刻的經歷，讓他在處理白酒時，把Burgundy的精準度與層次感完美注入了家鄉Touraine的風土中。甚至極其罕見地使用Coche-Dury的舊橡木桶進行陳年‼️

🌱酒莊的Sauvignon Blanc早已超越了常見的青草香氣，更多的是垂直的酸度與深邃的礦石感。入門酒款"Ancrage"保留了最純淨的海鹽、青檸與草本氣息，完美展現了產區最純粹的活力🍋‍🟩

🍊"Chapitre I"選用50年老藤，並在500公升大木桶中長時間與酒渣陳釀，充滿糖漬橙皮、百香果與煙燻感，「鹹鮮」的礦物感讓人欲罷不能🦪
