Siret Frere et Soeur

Siret Frere et Soeur is a very small-scale winery, with "Siret" meaning siblings. Currently managed by the third generation, Thomas Siret, who previously served as the vineyard manager at Dom Perignon, the story of the winery began in the Côte des Blancs and Côte des Bar regions. It is a tale of family revival. The grapes planted by the winery are of exceptionally high quality, with many being "Grand Cru" grapes. Some of the grapes are even sold to Krug and Salon. In 2013, they decided to retain half of the harvest for their own winemaking endeavors.

At present, the winery is managed by only two individuals, and the process is entirely manual. After harvesting and fermenting with natural yeasts, the wines are bottled, numbered, and aged in the cellar for at least 48 months. It is a very understated, low-yield operation that prefers using a significant amount of Reserve Wine, resulting in full-bodied and robust champagnes of exceptional quality.
