Alto Moncayo

Alto Moncayo winery is located in Campo de Borja, in the northwest of Spain, at an elevation of 500 to 800 feet. It was established in 2002, and in just over twenty years, it has gained significant recognition both in Spain and internationally. The winery was co-founded by Bodegas Borsao and the acclaimed Australian winemaker Chris Ringland. Within a short period, their wines have received high praise from multiple respected wine critics. They have been included in Wine Spectator's Top 100 wines and have received a perfect score of 100 points from Robert Parker on two occasions. Alto Moncayo is considered one of the must-try Spanish Garnacha wines and is regarded as an exceptional expression of this grape variety. With its century-old vines, the winery's reputation is well-deserved and should not be overlooked.
