AMI

AMI is a unique boutique winery in Burgundy with only 3 hectares of vineyards. They believe in a liberal approach to winemaking, using biodynamic methods and hand-harvesting the grapes. They also use wild, natural yeast and age the wine in old barrels for 12 months without filtering or clarifying before bottling. They now have over 10 different wines from different vineyard plots, all of which are organic and perfect for those who love organic wines. These wines are rich in aroma and have a complex structure. The labels of their wines are also very distinctive, unlike traditional Burgundy wineries. Trying them will surely bring surprises, and we were pleasantly surprised by their high quality.
