Anne et Herve Sigaut

Anne et Hervé Sigaut is primarily located in Chambolle-Musigny, Burgundy. It was established as early as 1800 and has been passed down through four generations, spanning seven hectares of vineyards. The estate is mainly managed by Anne and Hervé. They practice biodynamic viticulture, placing strict controls on the yield per hectare, allowing only 3,500 liters to be produced from each hectare.During winemaking, the estate follows a "whole-cluster" approach, with a relatively low proportion of new oak barrels, typically around 30% or less. Most of the wines are left unclarified and unfiltered, showcasing the estate's preference for an elegant and delicate style. The lower proportion of new oak barrels is intentional, as they aim to preserve the unique floral and fruity aromas of their wines. The wines exhibit elegance, finesse, and a balance of acidity, even when consumed at a young age. They also possess aging potential.
