Arnaud Lambert was awarded the title of "Top 100 Winemakers in France" by Bettane & Desseauve in 2019. Arnaud completed his studies in 2005 and gained experience through internships in Burgundy and other regions. He then returned to the family estate to work alongside his father. In 2009, he took over the family winery, which encompasses 40 hectares of vineyards. With his father's assistance and personal mentorship from the Bouygues brothers of the legendary "Clos Rougeard" winery in Saumur, Arnaud set his sights on becoming the next "Clos Rougeard."

Since Arnaud took the reins, the vineyards have been transitioned to organic farming, obtaining certification in 2012. From 2018 onwards, they have fully embraced biodynamic practices. The vineyards boast a diverse and abundant ecosystem, with flexible soils that exhibit vitality. The grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and fermented solely with native yeasts. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and buried underground glass fiber tanks, showcasing the unique characteristics of Saumur's white Tuffeau limestone, which contains flint components. Minimal to no sulfites are added to highlight these distinctive traits and preserve the wines' aging potential.

Arnaud Lambert's commitment to quality and his focus on expressing the essence of Saumur have elevated his winery to become one of the top estates in the Saumur appellation.
