Established in 1974 by Raoul and Jayne Beaumont, this boutique estate is set on the historic Compagnes Drift farm, home to a beautifully restored 18th-century water mill and rustic heritage cottages. Today, the second generation, led by winemaker Sebastian Beaumont, continues to nurture the land with a "minimal intervention" philosophy.

The estate is globally renowned for its Hope Marguerite Chenin Blanc, named after Sebastian’s grandmother. Crafted from some of the region’s oldest vines, it is a consistent five-star performer celebrated for its elegance and longevity. Equally distinctive is their Pinotage, which favors a refined, cool-climate style over heavy extraction—a true reflection of the family’s commitment to balance.
