Benjamin Romeo

When Benjamin was still a child, he was inspired by his grandfather and father's passion for vineyards and wine. This early exposure sparked his interest in wine. After graduating from the Wine School in Madrid, he embarked on a career in vineyard management and winemaking. In the Rioja region, Benjamin owns approximately seven hectares of vineyards. These vineyards are located at an altitude of around 400-600 meters, benefiting from a warm climate that allows the grapes to ripen fully. The resulting wines are rich in body yet balanced with good acidity.One of the flagship wines from Benjamin's vineyards is Contador, which has received rare consecutive 100-point ratings from Robert Parker, the highest accolade in the wine industry. This recognition exemplifies the exceptional quality and craftsmanship that Benjamin brings to his winemaking.
