Bouchard Pere & Fils, founded in 1731, is well-known for its main white grape production area, "Beaune." It boasts a vast collection, with a total of 12 Grand Cru and 74 Premier Cru vineyards. Each vineyard possesses distinct characteristics, resulting in diverse styles and flavors, ranging from elegant and fresh notes of pear to intense and full-bodied profiles. In recent years, the renowned Champagne house, Henriot, has joined the estate, dedicating efforts to enhance the overall winemaking quality. After hand-harvesting the grapes each September, they are carefully packed in approximately 12-kilogram crates, requiring significant manpower. This meticulous process aims to minimize grape compression and elevate the wine quality.
