Camus

Camus was founded in 1863 by Jean-Baptiste Camus, a winemaker who co-founded the La Grande Marque wine company. When the La Grande Marque Cognac was first released in 1863, it received great praise from the market. In 1890, Jean-Baptiste bought out all of his partners and renamed the company Camus. Under the leadership of the new generation, Cyril Camus, the company has continued to strive for excellence and is committed to developing new technologies to face market challenges. It is the only company in the world to have been selected as the best Cognac four times and is now a national treasure brand in France.

The vineyards are located in the six designated regions of the Cognac region, which has the longest history and the most refined techniques. The soil characteristics give the grapes a sense of violets, roses, and lilies, with an intense aroma.
