Caparzo

Caparzo is located in the Brunello di Montalcino wine region in Tuscany, Italy. The estate was established in the late 1960s, covering an area of 200 hectares. It is equipped with state-of-the-art winemaking and vineyard management facilities while also preserving traditional winemaking techniques of the region. The winery is known for its continuous innovation and has five distinct vineyard plots spread across a total area of 90 hectares in the Montalcino region. They cultivate Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Moscadello, Chardonnay, Traminer, and Merlot, thanks to the diversity of soil types including schist, shale, sandstone, sedimentary soil, and sandy clay.

With a 65-year history, Caparzo produces Brunello di Montalcino, Rosso di Montalcino, and Grappa, all of which are highly popular among consumers. One of their standout wines, the Brunello di Montalcino LA CASA, received gold medals at the 2011 Decanter World Wine Awards and International Wine Challenge, making it a must-try from this esteemed Italian winery.
