Cascina delle Rose

Cascina delle Rose was founded in 1948 and is located in Langa, a very small winery run by a family of artisans. They have about 5 hectares of vineyards and are owned by Giovanna Rizzolio and Italo Sobrino. Later on, their two sons Davide and Riccardo joined the winery, and the family of four works hard to run the winery, following the principles of natural winemaking and having a deep love for their land. They strive to minimize human intervention and ensure that each grape has the strongest life force. They have two single vineyards, "Rio Sordo" and "Tre Stelle," and use medium to large traditional Slavonian oak barrels for aging for 20-22 months. They produce only around 30,000 bottles per year. Davide is mainly responsible for the agricultural production and is very meticulous in making each bottle of wine. In 2020, he won the award for best winemaker under 40 at the Autochtona Awards, showing great potential at a young age.

The winery also offers accommodation services, and the people there are very welcoming and the environment is peaceful and tranquil, allowing visitors to cleanse their minds. There are also two very playful cats, "Patata" and "Mimi." After checking in, Riccardo and Davide will take you on a wine tasting experience.
