Caymus

Caymus is axrenowned and long-established producer of top-tier wines from California. In 1906, the Wagner family arrived in the Rutherford area of Napa Valley and purchased a farm where they began growing grapes. In 1915, they started making and selling wine. It wasn't until 1966 that Charles F. Wagner decided to remove the fruit trees from the property and focus on growing Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. In 1972, he, along with his wife and their recently graduated son Chuck Wagner, founded their own winery, Caymus Vineyards. In 1975, the estate introduced its flagship wine, Special Selection, which quickly garnered recognition and acclaim.

Since its release, Caymus wines, especially the Special Selection, have been selected multiple times by Wine Spectator as one of the "Top 100 Wines of the Year." It has also received high praise from wine critic Robert Parker, who referred to Caymus as the "king of Cabernet Sauvignon." These accolades have made Caymus a sought-after collector's item among wine connoisseurs worldwide.
