Cellier des Dames

Cellier Des Dames is a relatively young winery that was officially established in Burgundy in 2019. It was founded by François Bannier and Gregory Hechy, who initially did not know each other. Both of them led separate lives, but their shared passion for wine brought them together. They met in Dijon, France, a place known for its wine education, where they both enrolled in the Master of Wine program. Through this program, they began to interact and discovered their shared aspirations. Eventually, they decided to establish their own winery in the southern part of France called "Hecht & Bannier."
Years later, not too far from Burgundy, they embarked on a new adventure by establishing Cellier Des Dames. This legendary place allowed them to create wines that are characterized by their stability and quality. In the current Burgundy wine market, where prices can skyrocket, Cellier Des Dames offers good value for money.
