Cyprien Lireux, during his younger university days, studied business, which was not directly related to the wine industry. However, he gradually realized that it wasn't the life and dream he longed for. He started reminiscing about his childhood in his hometown of Normandy, recalling the unforgettable moments of drinking apple cider with his father and grandfather on the land.

These memories inspired him to return to his hometown and produce this cider for everyone to experience. His ciders are crafted in a natural and traditional style, using natural yeasts, hand-picked fruit, and natural carbonation to create bubbles. No sulfites or other additives are added.

Over time, he expanded his portfolio to include sparkling ciders made from different fruits, each showcasing its unique personality and featuring smooth bubbles. As his range of ciders gained exposure and recognition, they became a must-try for wine enthusiasts.
