The portfolio is headlined by its crystalline Chardonnay "Les Rondos" and powerful Château-Chalon Vin Jaune, alongside delicate, spicy Trousseau and Poulsard. By introducing concrete eggs and ceramic vats for aging, Courbet bridges the gap between Jura's ancestral soul and a contemporary aesthetic. Today, the domaine is internationally acclaimed for producing some of the most vibrant and sophisticated wines in the region, making it a definitive destination for lovers of high-altitude, artisanal French wine.
