David Moret is a micro-winery located in the Meursault appellation of Burgundy, France. It is a small-scale operation with only a small vineyard. David himself was a salesperson specializing in selling winemaking equipment and was well-versed in the winemaking process. Through his extensive network gained from selling to various wineries, he decided to pursue his winemaking dream and established his own vineyard.David Moret sources high-quality grapes from top-notch vine growers in Burgundy. He focuses on using indigenous yeast for fermentation. The wines produced by the winery come from premium cru vineyards in Meursault, such as "Les Perrier," "Les Charmes," "Le Narvaux," and others.
