Located in the heart of Fuissé, Domaine Thibert is a benchmark for quality in the Mâconnais. With a winemaking lineage dating back to 1668, the estate is currently managed by the brother-and-sister team of Christophe and Sandrine Thibert. In 2026, the domaine remains a pivotal leader in the region, particularly following the inclusion of its prestigious plots in the Pouilly-Fuissé Premier Cru classification.

The estate manages approximately 22–26 hectares across southern Burgundy, emphasizing organic practices and minimal intervention to highlight terroir. Their winemaking is characterized by long aging (up to 22 months) and a restrained use of new oak, resulting in wines with exceptional tension and mineral depth.

Mâcon-Verzé: A vibrant, mineral-driven expression of Chardonnay, consistently praised by critics for its precision.
Pouilly-Vinzelles "Les Longeays": Sourced from one of the sub-region’s finest vineyards, offering a rich, powerful profile comparable to Côte de Beaune 1er Crus.
Pouilly-Fuissé "Héritage": Crafted from 75-year-old vines, this flagship cuvée is dense and structured, possessing profound aging potential and saline complexity.
