Eleni Edouard Vocoret

When it comes to Chablis, Domaine Raveneau and Domaine Vincent Dauvissat are widely known and respected. However, in this instance, the spotlight is on "Eleni Edouard Vocoret," where Edouard represents the seventh generation of his family's winemaking heritage. After graduating from winemaking school, Edouard embarked on a journey to learn about winemaking knowledge and techniques in both the Old and New World wineries.

On the other hand, Eleni pursued her winemaking studies in Austrian vineyards after completing her education. It was during their time learning winemaking techniques in New Zealand that Edouard and Eleni met and eventually became a married couple. They decided to establish their own winery in Edouard's birthplace, Chablis, and formed their own family venture.
