The winery is located in "Rioja," Spain, and was established in 2003. It is a relatively young Old World winery, with Tom Puyaubert as the owner. The winery is highly committed to conservation and employs sustainable grape-growing methods. They also focus on restoring and preserving local vineyards and old vines. The entire process, from nurturing the vines to cultivation, involves manual labor, and horse-drawn plows are used for tilling the soil.

Spanning 22 hectares, the vineyard includes a portion with vines aged over 60 years. Initially producing the Horizonte wine, which gained popularity, the winery expanded its offerings to include a variety of wines, aiming to showcase the terroir of Rioja.
