Initially, the estate owned only about 3 hectares of vineyards, but it has since expanded to 13 hectares, gradually establishing its reputation. The wines from this estate are known for their full-bodied style, accompanied by a delicate and balanced structure.

With the advantage of strong and old vines combined with unique terroir, the wines from Domaine Geantet Pansiot exhibit a powerful and complex structure. One of their notable wines, "Gevrey Chambertin Vieilles Vignes En Champs," planted as early as 1903, showcases exceptional old vine characteristics while retaining aging potential.
