Gusbourne

Gusbourne Estate is a relatively new English vineyard established in 2004. The estate comprises vineyards in two locations: Appledore in Kent and the Goodwood Estate in West Sussex, covering a total area of approximately 100 hectares. The vineyard specializes in using the traditional Champagne grape varieties of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. The first vintage of Gusbourne wines was produced in 2016, but the estate gained recognition in the market as early as 2010, receiving widespread acclaim.
After participating in various competitions, Gusbourne wines have received numerous awards and accolades. In 2013, they were named the "IWSC English Wine Producer of the Year." The philosophy of Gusbourne Estate is to let nature guide and collaborate with the local soil, promoting and encouraging biodiversity. The vineyards thrive with native plants, surrounded by animals, and are home to various bird species. It can be described as a miniature ecological paradise. Undoubtedly, Gusbourne Estate is poised to make a significant impact in the world of English sparkling wine in the future.
