Jacques Carillon, located in Burgundy, has a long and storied history dating back to 1520 when they began planting grapes in Puligny-Montrachet. With a history spanning over 500 years, the Carillon family is one of the oldest in the region. They primarily produce Chardonnay white wines, and family members have graduated from wine school. The new generation has a strong focus on environmental stewardship, refraining from using any herbicides and opting for manual harvesting.

Following traditional winemaking methods, Jacques Carillon is known for their "Classic Burgundy Puligny-Montrachet," a wine style characterized by its delicate elegance. With a lower proportion of new oak barrels used, the wines exhibit a distinct fruitiness and a pronounced expression of terroir.
