Jourdan Chinon is owned by Jourdan & Pichard, and the winery is located in Chinon, in the Loire Valley. The estate is known for its biodynamic approach, with a focus on producing red wines from Cabernet Franc grapes and white wines from Chenin Blanc.

The wines crafted by Jourdan Chinon are known for their pleasant mouthfeel, smooth texture, and rich aromas. The two owners have a deep love for the grapevines and have great respect for the natural rhythms of nature. They strive to coexist with all the creatures of nature, including bees, wasps, ladybugs, and earthworms, who work as employees in the vineyards.

The grapes are handpicked to ensure the fruits are in their best condition. Indigenous yeasts are used, and everything is done by hand in the winery, reflecting the dedication of the two owners.

In 2016, the winery obtained "Demeter" certification, highlighting their commitment to biodynamic practices. This certification ensures a balanced relationship between the wine, the soil, the vines, and the surrounding ecosystem, resulting in wines that truly represent the terroir of the Loire Valley Chinon region.
