Maison Passas is located in Valais, Switzerland, and was founded by Yannick Passas. It is a very mysterious winery nestled amidst high snow-capped mountains, resembling another world entirely. Enthralled by this landscape, Yannick Passas felt a deep connection to this region and upon deciding to make wine here, he discovered a profound mission to preserve the beauty of this land. The key philosophy revolves around reverence for the land, meticulous care for every natural element, and harmonious coexistence with nature. To protect the land, the winery follows organic and biodynamic practices, showcasing the best of Swiss terroir in a traditional Burgundian winemaking style. The winery itself is quite secluded, resembling an idyllic castle in a mountain paradise.

The winery offers four distinct series: "Les Alpes," "Les Enroches," "Domaine du Chanton," and "Domaine Passas-De Quatrebarbes." Among them, Les Enroches and Domaine Passas De Quatrebarbes stand out. Les Enroches, located in the heart of Valais, utilizes blends to create silky-textured wines, featuring intriguing grape varieties like Fendant, Arvine, Humagne Blanche, Petite Arvine, and Diolinoir. On the other hand, De Quatrebarbes focuses on single-varietal wines, showcasing the finest Swiss terroir through biodynamic practices with grapes such as Pinot Noir and Chasselas. Each bottle achieves perfect balance, with delicate body, nuanced mineral notes, inviting a sip after sip to savor the experience.
