Marthe Henry

Marthe Henry is a female winemaker whose first vintage for the estate was in 2017. In 2018, she produced 12 barrels of wine, including 7 whites and 2 reds. During the winemaking process, she does not add sulfur dioxide, resulting in lively, juicy, and pure wines with a perfect balance. Marthe Henry often jokes about not having enough funds, so she can only make natural wines using natural yeast, no temperature control, and minimal additives. She must use her limited resources and imagination to make wine. However, this also makes her wines natural and pure, with no trace of any off-flavors. Before becoming a winemaker for pure natural wines, she was an excellent journalist. She lived in bustling Paris before returning to nature in Burgundy. Marthe Henry has now established her own pure natural winery in Meursault, shining as a rising star for natural wines. In 2019, she was selected as the only winery for "Flavor of the year 2019" out of hundreds of wineries, making her a highly promising winery that is worth trying.
